Devvon Terrell is not an artist I know much about, but one that I shall definitely be keeping an ear towards from now on. Having heard his song “Temperature” on the Joe Budden podcast, thanks to Rory Farrell choosing this as the sleeper’s song of the week, I was instantly hooked and knew I need more of this.

Well, since we seen Kendrick Lamar video for “Love” hinting that he would be involved in the new Marvel film “Black Panther”, fans have been eagerly anticipating to hear his involvement. It has since been revealed that Kendrick Lamar and Anthony Tiffith (Top Dawg) will be producing the soundtrack and heavily involved with the soundtracks development.

2017: The best year in music?

2017 has been one of the greatest years in music in a long time from triumphant returns from Taylor Swift, Katy Perry, Stormzy, Giggs, Kendrick Lamar and Jay Z, Big KRIT, and the phenomenal album from Chris Brown. Whilst most artists came back glorious after a long spell off, some artists proved 2017 was not the year for them, like Eminem whose album Revival is still splitting fans whether it is classic Eminem or if he is washed up.
